Laboratories

At the INAEL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS S.A laboratories , it could perform all the test of reception of raw material which are utilized to manufacturer products, and practically all the type test that are applicable to them , with the exception of some of the power test.

The INAEL LECTRICAL SYSTEMS S.A., laboratory is divided in four zones:

1.- Mechanical laboratory , Reception of raw materials and Quality Control.
2.- Chemical laboratory.
3.- Electrical laboratory.
4.- On line laboratories.

The following test can be performed

Mechanical Laboratory, Reception of raw materials and Quality Control:

- Hardness test (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers)
- Mechanical test (Traction, Compression, Flection) until 20 Tm.
- Embedding test
- Paint adherence test (Knife test)
- Parallelism.
- Length measurement with 0.01 mm precission
- Hot dip galvanising test.
- Weight measurement with precision of 0.001 gr.
- Dimension and and mark test.
- Optic microscopy up to 1500 times.
- Torque test up to 120 N.m.
- Climate test.
- Variation of temperature from -60 ºC to 160 ºC.
- Legth measurement calibration
- Weight measurement calibration

Chemical laboratory

- Thickness determination test by means of the destruction of the zinc layer.
- Thickness determination test without the destruction of the zinc layer.
- Thermal shock test.
- Leakage test.
- Cooper containt in alloys.
- Determination of SF6 losses.

Electrical laboratory

- Generation and measurement of lightning current impulses (8/20µs wave) up to 25 kA and 80 kV.
- Generation and measurement of high current impulses (4/10µs wave ) up to 100 kA
- Generation and measurement of switching current impulses (30/60µs ) from 125 A to 1000 A
- Generation and measurement of steep voltage impulses with 1000 kV/µs rising voltage
- Generation and measurement of long duration current impulses (2000µs) from 100 A to 500 A . Software energy measurement from direct integration of voltage and current waveshape.
- Generation and measurement of lightning voltage impulses (1.2/50 µs wave) from 20 kV to 475 kV - Generation and measurement of current in power frecuency from 0.1 mA to 10 kA
- Generation and measurement of direct current from 0.1 to 2 kA
- Obtain and measurement of power frecuency voltage from 0.1 to 170 kV
- Direct voltage measurement from 0.1 mV to 1 kV
- Ohmnic resistance measurement from 0.1 µW to 30 GO
- Electrical conductivity measurement from 0.01 nS to 3 µS
- Temperature measurement from - 60 ºC to 950 ºC
- Generation and measurement of partial discharges from 0.5 pC
- Environmental measurement of pressure, humidity and temperature
